Conversations across roles and hierarchies (Mulberry Bush therapeutic community)

Dr Heather Price introduces six members of staff at the Mulberry Bush speaking about the organisation’s research culture and its links with therapeutic practice. The Mulberry Bush is a therapeutic community providing education and residential care for primary-aged traumatized children, and it has a range of wider services. We hear from child-facing and other professionals talking about why an open and inclusive research culture matters, and how it sustains the therapeutic work.
