Become a research participant in a study of jurors’ decision-making

Drs James Munro, Lara Frumkin, Jim Turner and Lee Curley from the School are conducting research into how jurors in Scottish courtrooms make decisions. Would you like to participate in the study? Check the information and the link below.

We are conducting a study into how individuals make decisions in Scottish courtrooms. As researchers we hear about court verdicts but do not always know what influences jurors to make a decision about guilt or innocence.

We require participants who are:

•18 or over 

•On the electoral roll in Scotland 

•Have lived in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man for any period of at least 5 years since you were 13 years old.

The video takes 50 minutes to watch, and the survey takes approximately 20 minutes to answer.
